How it works
One plan, two versions

Set the moment
Occasion, date, arrival time, how many adults and children, and the honoree's nickname.

Ask for the surprises
A cake you bring, a dessert with a message, a song, flowers, a photo or a few words.

Write the run sheet
Who does what, at arrival, starters, mains, dessert or at a hand signal.

Send two versions
The staff card with the whole plan goes to Piso 4; the guest invite leaves out every secret request and hidden cue, so read your own notes before sending.

Ana's birthday, minute by minute
Saturday 24 October 2026, arrival 13:00, two hours, 6 adults and 2 children. The guests are asked to come by 12:45; the cake is dropped off by 12:00. The staff card should leave by Thu 22 Oct 2026, two working days before.

Before the day
Ask the house first
Piso 4 publishes no menu, prices or celebration packages, so every surprise is a question. The staff card lists the ones your moment needs, such as:
- Can we bring our own cake?
- Can the kitchen write a short message on a dessert plate?
- Can you play a song we choose?
- What time do you open and close that day?
