Everything in a moment is a request. Piso 4 confirms what it can do; nothing is booked until it replies.
A house dessert with a plate message postre con mensaje
Ask whether the kitchen can write a short message on the plate. The app keeps it to 40 characters.
Its cue: serve the dessert with the plate message, at dessert (staff). Secret by default.
A song request una canción
Ask whether the house can play a song you choose, and how loud.
Its cue: play the requested song, 5 min after dessert (staff). Secret by default.
Flowers or a gift you drop off flores o regalo
Ask where flowers or a gift can wait before they come to the table.
Its cue: bring the flowers or gift to the table, 10 min after dessert (staff). Secret by default. Dropped off before arrival.
A small table decoration decoración de mesa
Ask what the house allows on its tables. Paper or fabric is easier to clear; plastic confetti and streamers are not offered (Ley 2232 de 2022).

A photo moment momento de foto
Ask whether a guest can take a group photo at the table.

A few words unas palabras
Agree a short moment between courses so the kitchen can wait.
Its cue: say a few words, 30 min after main course (the host).
Ordinary cake candles velas de torta
Plain cake candles only, and only if the house agrees. No sparklers or "chispitas".
Its cue: light the cake candles, 5 min before dessert (staff). Secret by default.
Bringing a cake or flowers
A cake, flowers or a gift that you bring before the meal gets a drop-off time: the arrival time minus the margin you choose, 60 minutes by default. Ask Piso 4 whether it can receive them and until what time.
Maicao is hot. Do not leave a cake or flowers in a car or in the sun. If a cake needs to be kept cool, the staff card asks Piso 4 whether it can do that; the app never promises how anything will be kept.
Food handling in restaurants follows the sanitary rules of Resolución 2674 de 2013; the restaurant decides what it can receive and hold.

What the app leaves out
No sparklers, fireworks, "chispitas" or other pyrotechnics. Their sale and use are regulated, with special rules around children (Ley 670 de 2001), and a dining room is no place for them. Ordinary cake candles appear only as a request for the house to approve.
No confetti, plastic streamers, straws or stirrers: these single-use plastics are being phased out in Colombia (Ley 2232 de 2022). Paper or fabric decorations are easier for the house to accept and clear.
