Who does what, and when

Every cue hangs on a point of the meal; in the app it can also be a set time or a hand signal. The planner works out the clock time and flags what needs a look.

What the planner on this site checks

  • Two staff cues less than 5 minutes apart, so the floor is not asked for two things at once.
  • A cue after the close, or more than 4 hours before arrival.
  • Before the guests arrive only staff can act (setting a decoration, receiving a cake).
  • Words in the guest invite that match a secret request. It helps but cannot catch everything: read the invite before you send it.

What the app also checks

  • A cue at a set time after the close; set times after midnight count as the same evening.
  • A cue that waits for a hand signal needs the signal described.
  • A cue for a secret request that guests could see, and a cue set before its item is dropped off.

Plan your moment

Write the run of the evening, keep the surprise secret and send Piso 4 a staff card. It is a request, not a booking.
