Plan a moment

Ask first

Ask the house first

Piso 4 publishes no menu, prices, celebration packages or opening hours. Settle these before the day; the staff card adds the ones your moment needs.

A notebook and coffee
  1. Can we bring our own cake?

And where does it wait until dessert, and is there a charge for serving it?

  2. Can the kitchen write a short message on a dessert plate?

The app keeps the message to 40 characters.

  3. Can you play a song we choose?

Ask how: from your phone, the house speakers or not at all.

  4. Can we leave flowers or a gift before we arrive?

Ask the latest time to drop them off and who receives them.

  5. Can a cake or flowers be kept cool until they are needed?

Maicao is hot: do not leave cakes or flowers in a car or in the sun.

  6. What decorations are allowed on the table?

Paper and fabric are easier to clear; confetti and plastic streamers are out.

  7. May we light ordinary cake candles?

    No sparklers, fireworks or "chispitas".

  8. May a guest take a group photo at the table?

Other diners may not want to appear in it.

  9. Is there a good moment for a short speech?

Between courses is usually easier for the kitchen.

  10. How many people can sit together?

Ask for the table size and whether children's chairs are available.

  11. How much notice do you need?

The app suggests sending at least 2 working days before, 5 on busy dates.

  12. How do guests reach the fourth floor?

Ask about a lift or stairs, for older guests, prams or wheelchairs.

  13. What time do you open and close that day?

Opening hours are not published; confirm the time of your moment.

  14. Can the kitchen prepare food without pork, alcohol or dairy, or vegetarian food?

Tell the house about any allergy directly.
