About
Piso 4, fourth floor
Piso 4 is a restaurant and gastro bar on the fourth floor at Calle 12 #11-62 in the Centro of Maicao, open Monday to Sunday. It is operated by INVERSIONES P4 SAS, registered with the Cámara de Comercio de La Guajira (NIT 901.951.413-7).
Piso 4 Surprise Run Sheet helps you plan a small surprise for a meal there: a birthday, an anniversary, an engagement, a graduation, a farewell or a Mother's or Father's Day lunch. You write the run of the evening, mark what must stay secret and send Piso 4 a staff card with the whole plan.
Every surprise is a request. Piso 4 tells you what it can do; the app books nothing, shows no prices and keeps your guests' notes on your phone.

Maicao
In the Centro
Calle 12 runs through the commercial centre of Maicao, the border town of La Guajira. In the heat of the day, plan drop-offs so a cake or flowers never wait in a car.
Plan your moment
Write the run of the evening, keep the surprise secret and send Piso 4 a staff card. It is a request, not a booking.
