Short and plain.
The planner and the app write a plan you send to Piso 4. Nothing is booked, ordered or paid through them; Piso 4 replies with what it can do on that date.
No prices, packages or fees are shown. Any figure you type as your own budget stays on your device.
In Colombia a tip is voluntary. When a restaurant suggests one on the bill, it may not be more than 10 % of the value of the service, and the customer must accept it (Ley 1935 de 2018, art. 3).
The app never adds a tip to anything; it shows no prices at all.

Piso 4 publishes no menu, prices, celebration packages or opening hours. Everything you plan here is a request, and the staff card says so.
Consumer information in Colombia must be true and clear (Ley 1480 de 2011). That is why the app shows no prices or promises and lists the questions to ask Piso 4 before the day.

The planner keeps nothing: it runs in your browser and forgets the plan when you close the page. The app keeps your moments on your phone. See the privacy policy.
